Punk not dead http://imagefap.in.net/ fap images In the debate last Thursday, the Government could not even acknowledge that recruitment targets were being missed on a grand scale: this does not bode well for when the effects of the reforms really begin to bite in terms of missing capability and spiralling costs. Never was there a more apposite time for a re-think.
