Audis have a reputation for busy, jiggly rides and this trait continues in models equipped with the standard Sports suspension and the large wheels which many customers will order on the grounds of kerb posing. Our 2.0-litre TDI rolled on 19in rims and - surprise, surprise - the ride was crashy on the bumpier roads of Berkshire and Hampshire. Things are much improved if you deselect the Sport suspension (a free downgrade we'd recommend!) and smaller, 17in wheels. They transform the car into a softer, comfortable cruiser.
