| A world-famous Greek songwriter, composer, songwriter, author and politician, born in 1925 in the island of Chios. Four cantatas written for poems by Pablo Neruda, featuring Maria Farandouri, Petros Pandis, Les Percussions de Strasbourg and Choeur National (France). Directed / conducted by Mikis Theodorakis. Recorded at the Salle de la Mutualité, Paris, September 1974.
