 | A world-famous Greek songwriter, composer, songwriter, author and politician, born in 1925 in the island of Chios. Side A has four songs inspired by a Greek playwright Iakovos Kambanellis, telling the story of life and death at the Nazi concentration camp of Mauthausen in Austria. Performed by Maria Farandouri with orchestra conducted by Mikis Theodorakis. 1974 reissue of His Master's Voice GCLP 16 (Greece 1966). Export issue for English language market, I should think.
