 | An American singer-songwriter, born in Nashville Tennessee, best remembered as the frontman of the 1960's surf band Ronny & The Daytonas. He's also a son of Marijohn Wilkin, a renowned female country music songwriter who actually discovered Kris Kristofferson. A mixture of orchestrated ballads and mainstream / country rock, featuring a nice version of "Me and Bobby McGhee". However, the stand-out track of the album is "Apocalypse 1969" (written by Wilkin & Kristofferson) with some fine guitar playing. His 1st solo album.
