| A well-known British pop singer, born 1948 Marie McDonald McLaughlin Lawrie in Glasgow. "Boom Bang-A-Bang" was the UK entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1969 (ranked 1st with three other songs), held in Madrid, Spain. Swedish issue of her 16th or so single.
