 | Often regarded as one of the greatest operatic tenors of his time, born in 1890 in Rescanati, Italy. Opera arias by Giordano, Gounod, Verdi, Massenet, Leoncavallo and Mascagni, with different orchestras and conductors. Sopranos Maria Caniglia ("La Traviata") and Rina Gigli ("Amico Fritz") guesting on one track both. The back cover reads "Ricostruzione tecnica 1956", so I should think that all tracks are taken from his various 1931-1955 His Master's Voice recordings. Mono.
