 | More or less a super session masterminded by Steve York, and featuring quite a few top-class British rock and jazz musicians; e.g. Elkie Brooks, Ollie Halsall, Mike Patto, Tim Hinkley, Ian Wallace, Marc Charig, Graham Bond, Boz, Rob Tait, Mick Moody, Pete Gavin, Lol Coxhill and Dave Thompson. Mainly rhythm & blues/rock with strong jazz and soul overtones (Elkie Brooks or Mike Patto on vocals). However, there's also one great, slow blues number (Little Johnnie Taylor's "Full Time Lover") included, featuring Boz on vocals and Mick Moody on guitar. One of the 1st Virgin albums, getting hard to find these days.
