| A renowned English pop-rock / power-pop band, formed in 1961 in Swansea, Wales as The Iveys, changed their name to Badfinger in 1969. US issue of Apple APPLE 20 (England 1969). Their 1st single as Badfinger, released in December 1969 (UK) / January 1970 (USA).
