Orange (> bottom) and yellow labels. Dark blue, yellow and red Sire "S-ball" picture logo on top. Semi-glossy single cover. Light surface wear on each side (> top & bottom > middle). Some wear and a few light creases along the edges. A bit worn / creased corners, one of them (> bottom > left) being also slightly bent. Tiny cut-out hole.

Most likely the best-known prog band from Holland, formed in 1969 by Thijs van Leer. 1973 reissue of Sire SES 97027 (USA 1970), released originally as Imperial 5C 054-24102 (Holland 1970), titled "Focus Plays Focus". Their 1st album.
