A true legend of British rock music, the guitarist and principal songwriter for The Who, born Peter Dennis Blandford Townshend in 1945 in Chiswick, London. A total of 10 tracks taken from the "Pete Townshed's Deep End: The Brixton, England Concert" video, four of them being previously unreleased. Most of the material (e.g. "Pinball Wizard" and "Behind Blue Eyes") is written Townshend. However, there are also cover versions of e.g. "I Put a Spell on You" (Jay Hawkins) and "Eyesight to the Blind" (Sony Boy Williamson) included.
