 | A little-known English singer-songwriter with progressive / experimental overtones. Most likely the same Max Handley (1945 - 1993) who contributed to the late 1970s International Times, wrote novels "Oliver Poges Lives!" (1970), "Sheep" (1971) and "Meanwhile" (1977) and also had a fruitful writing partnership with comedian / writer Tony Allen (please correct if I'm mistaken). With e.g. Chili Charles, John Varnom and Fuzzy Samuels. His 1st and only album, I should think.
