 | Franz Lehár conducting in 1947 overtures and waltzes from his operettas with the Tonhalle Orchestra, Zürich. These recordings were made by English Decca for a series of 78 rpm records. The recordings had remarkable sound for their time because they were made using Decca's Full Frequency Range Recording process, one of the first commercial high fidelity techniques. Released for the first time on vinyl in the early 1950s. Mono.
