Born in 1933 in Macclesfield, a small village near Manchester, moved to Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles in the early seventies. Credited to John Mayall. With James Quill Smith (guitar, vocals), Steve Thompson (bass guitar) and Soko Richardson (drums). His 24th or so album.
