Grooved orange labels with silver print. Laminated top-opening fold-out cover with 4 extra pages stapled inside. One nasty looking edge & surface tear on front (> top > left). Some of the lamination is peeling ogg on back. Semi-heavy seam wear (> especially on front > bottom). Light creases along the edges. Corner wear (> especially bottom > right).
