| Four of the nine suites in "Bachianas Brasileiras" by Heitor Villa-Lobos, written for various combinations of instruments and voices between 1930 and 1945. Performed by Orchestre National de la Radiodiffusion Francaise conducted by the composer, featuring Victoria de los Angeles on vocals (soprano), Fernand Dufrène on flute, René Plessier on bassoon and Fernand Benedetti on solo cello. A bit later 2nd label issue, I should think. Mono.
