 | A renowned American tenor sax player, born Booker Telleferro Ervin II in 1930 in Denison, Texas, best known for his association with bassist Charles Mingus. With e.g. Garnett Brown, Kenneth Barron, Freddie Hubbard, Leonard McBrowne, Ray Copeland, Reginald Johnson and Charles Tolliver. His 14th or so album as leader.
