 | A renowned American jazz musician, composer and educator, born William Emanuel Huddleston in 1920 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Recorded live June 29, 1964 at Pep's Musical Lounge in Philadelphia with Richard Williams (trumpet), Mike Nock (piano), Ernie Farrow (bass) and James Black (drums) - Lateef himself plays tenor sax, oboe, argol and shannas. Later stereo pressing from mid 1970s.
