| A renowned drummer, vocalist and bandleader, born in 1910 in Port of Spain, Trinidad, made a long and succesful career in London. A total of 12 Latin hits, including e.g. "Carnival", "Spanish Flea", "The Peanut Vendor", "Tico-Tico", "It Happened in Monterey" and "La Bamba". Released originally as Decca LK 4863 (England 1967, mono), with a different cover.
