| A renowned American folky pop / rock band, formed in the mid 1960s in Bloomington, Illinois. Often compared with the Mamas & the Papas - actually their female vocalist Elaine 'Spanky' McFarlane joined the new Mamas & the Papas in 1981. Their 2nd or so single.
