Well-known Scottish band leader, arranger, composer as well as trombone player, born in Edinburgh in 1927. Electronic versions of classical masterpieces: e.g. "Fanfare for the Common Man", "Sabre Dance", "Tristan and Isolde: Prelude, Act III" and "Lohengrin: Prelude, Act III". The album closes with "Hebridean Impressions" written by Keating himself. One of the many Keating projects where Francis Monkman (Curved Air/Sky) is involved in.
