Black labels with silver print. Rainbow stripe through centre hole with multicoloured Decca logo. "Mfr. by Decca Records. A Division of MCA Inc." fineprint .Semi-glossy single cover. Partial ringwear and light dirt marks on front. Light surface wear on back. Partially split spine (> 4 cm > bottom), restored with glue. Wear and a few light creases along the edges. Worn / creased corners. Cut-out hole.
