| An English 'bogus artist' created by Decca / Deram producer Noel Walker for the 1967 novelty hit "I Was Kaiser Bill's Batman" (included here). Rare UK stereo issue of Whistling Jack Smith's first and only album, released on the highly collectable Deram label. Released as "I Was Kaiser Bill's Batman" at least in Germany, USA and Canada, housed in a completely different cover and different running order of the tracks.
