 | A highly popular English folky singer-songwriter, born Steven Demetre Georgiou in 1948 in Marylebone, London, became a Muslim in 1977 changing his name to Yusuf Islam. With Alun Davies (guitar), Gerry Conway (drums), Jean Roussel (piano, organ) and Alan James (bass). His 6th album, the 4th one for Island. Released in September, 1972.
