A renowned English 'happy jazz band' specializing in music of the 1920s and 1930s, formed in 1969 in Manchester by John Arthy ( a baker who moonlighted as a BBC session bass player). Recorded live in Hamburg, Germany, December 1975. German issue of Transatlantic TRA 314 (England 1976). Their 3rd album.
