Jack Nitzsche was one of most important arrangers/producers in 1960s' pop scene. In addition to that he was a succesful composer, specialized in film music. "St. Giles Cripplegate" is something else! Personally I would classify it as a Contemporary classical album... on the other hand I've seen it filed under e.g. Progressive rock as well. Great surrealistic cover!
