 | An English good-humoured pop group, created in 1966 by songwriter Geoff Stephens. Sort of a "tongue-in-cheek" mixture of traditional jazz and British music hall tradition of the 1920s and 1930s. A total of 10 tracks, including e.g. "Winchester Cathedral", "Lili Marlene", "A Nightningale Sang in Berkeley Square" and "There's a Kind of Hush". US mono issue of Fontana (S)TL 5386 (England 1967). Their 1st album.
