| One of the most important big bands formed outside the United States. Formed in 1961 by US drummer Kenny Clarke and Belgian pianist / composer Francy Boland, including several top players from various countries; e.g. Ronnie Scott (UK), Jimmy Woode (US), Sadi (Belgium), Åke Persson (Sweden), Carl Drevo (Austria), Achmed Muvaffak Falay (Turkey), Roger Guerin (France) and Raymond Katarsynski (Poland). Original stereo issue of their 2nd album.
