Pale turquoise blue labels with silver lines / rim and black print. Black Columbia logo at the top with circular 'magic notes' illustration. Silver "stereophonic" print in the middle, inside a black stripe.Laminated (> front only) flipback single cover. A few light creases on front. Very light corner wear.

On side B there are quite a few surface / needle marks (only a few on side A), causing surface noise and light clicks for 2-3 minutes. Plays mostly fine. Matrix numbers YLX 1006-6 / YLX 1007-20. Original "The Musical Centres of the World" inner sleeve. A bit torn on the "artists with pictures" side, restored with glue.
Other information & picture:
Beethoven's "Violin Concerto in D Major, Op. 61" played by David Oistrakh. Very rare 1st stereo issue in "far from perfect but still perfectly enjoyable" condition. Issued on mono as Columbia 33CX 1672.
