| The most succesful black performers of the 1960's, formed as the Primettes in 1959 in Detroit. The recording process began in Dember 1975 by Mary Wilson, Scherrie Payne and Cindy Birdsong. However, Birdsong left the group in February 1976 and was replaced by Susaye Greene, overdubbed on 2 tracks only.
