| A legendary American vocals group, formed in 1952 in Los Angeles, Californbia, one of the most successful vocal groups of the early rock and roll era. "Twilight Time" has been recorded by numerous groups over the years. However, the best-known version of the song was recorded by The Platters, ans became a No. 1 hit on both the pop singles and R&B best sellers lists in 1958 in the United States. Finnish issue of Mercury 71289X45 (USA, 1958), almost identical to the Swedish issue but five times rarer!
